General Information

  • What can I use E-Peso for?

E-Peso is a comprehensive and convenient platform that allows instant payments and financial transactions in the simplest and most secure way. With E-Peso, you can send and receive money, pay for bills, buy prepaid load services, and shop online, all in one place! Best of all, signing up is free and fees are very low compared to other payment options.

  • What makes E-Peso different from online banking?

With online banking, you are often limited to one single bank or the bank of your account when doing transactions. E-Peso allows you to do payment transactions through a number of channels. You can do transactions using a
number of partner banks, institutions, and outlets that can be linked to your account. You can also do these transactions 24/7 real time, even when the banks are closed.

  • Is E-Peso secure? How can I be assured that my funds are safe with E-Peso?

E-Peso uses the highest security and encryption level when handling your information. Your account information will never be revealed or be visible to other members, including anyone whom you have sent points to or third parties that use our services, except with your permission or if we are required to do so pursuant to a court order or other legal processes.

  • How are my funds stored? How can I be assured that this is not some fly-by-night company?

Your funds remain on your E-Peso account until you decide to convert them to cash or use them to buy prepaid services, pay for bills, shop online, or transfer funds. We will not have control over your funds; only you can make transactions.

  • Which banks and companies are you affiliated with?

We have partnered with BancNet, Megalink, and Expressnet member banks. We are also tied up with Dragonpay for our deposit and bank transfer facilities and LoadCentral for our prepaid services.

  • What are the charges for using E-Peso?

All transaction fees are reflected in the platform. There are no hidden costs and we assure that our fees are fair, affordable, and competitive. Feel free to view our fees at http://e-peso.ph/fees/.

  • Can I sign up for my family abroad?

For security reasons, individuals must sign up for their own E-Peso account. Please advise your family and friends that E-Peso is limited to individuals residing in the Philippines.

  • Who runs E-Peso?

E-Peso was born out of a compelling need to provide secure cashless transactions that will promote transparency and ensure integrity in all financial transactions.
